The System Monita monitoring solution developed by the Auckland based Monita team allows webmasters, system administrators and management access to an intuitive dashboard that allows their website or server environments to be reviewed and managed. The software as a service (SaaS) solution allows a package to be purchased and paid for in easy installments, either monthly, 6 monthly or annually.
Based on the brief provided by the customer the Koda team elected to use the Drupal platform running Ubercart. A custom module was created that allowed for the easy customisation of billing cycles and associated quantity price breaks. The Monita team have a road map that will see new functionality and products added regularly to the System Monita solution, by leveraging the power of the Drupal platform the Koda team have effectively future proofed the platform for them.
Additional custom functionality allows the customer to manage their plans online, upgrading and downgrading as their business requirements change through an easy to use interface.
As the product range is marketed globally the website needed to index well within search engines to optimise SEO (search engine Optimisation) opportunities, the Koda team have provided structures within the website that allow this to be managed by the Monita team. In addition Koda have established AdWords campaigns for the monitoring products, allowing for country and language specific targeted marketing.
The site is integrated with DPS as the payment gateway.
